Wii will miss you
I got rid of all my Wii gear and games.

Sold it partially because I need the money for new camera gear, but also because I've been trying to get rid of it for a while now. The thing is friggin' boring. For me at least. Lame titles, less than mediocre wifi play, and controls that I never really understood--makes me question why I bought the system in the first place.

Either way, the machine has given me countless hours of brawling fun, so I guess I got my money's worth seeing as I sold it for nearly what I bought it all for.

The Wii has an initial "Holy shit!" thing, and then after the "I'm using my hands to bowl!" excitement wears off, you're left with a Gamecube that you masturbate with. Bah! I sold mine within the first year, and even used, I got what I paid for it back because the Wii was sold out everywhere.

i never really understood the Wiimotes. they're basically just wireless adapters that you attach to "classic" controllers.

I think my big problem with the system was that there was like what, 4 good games developed for the system's playability, and the rest is junk, or GAMECUBE games with Wii-function added. The system is a joke. It's like the developed the system for parents and little kids, and completely neglected real gamers. I'll take my 360 and PS3 over a Wii any day.
