i worked at verizon and the blackberry storm was one of the most returned phones. also, i had such a hard time with the stupid phone. it's not a "touch" phone, but more of a PRESS DOWN REALLY HARD AND SEE IF IT WILL RESPOND phone. It was annoying as all fuck. But it really depends on the user. If you can get past all of its idiosyncrasies it's a pretty decent phone.
